Мы решили зайти на пять минут в старый дом, чтобы посылка пришла. Внутри было холодно: шесть пожилых людей ждали у двери, а усталый учитель без вопросов стоял внутри комнаты. Мама сказала, что у нас два плана: сначала подняться наверх, потом спуститься вниз, потому что переправа откроется позже. Я привык быстро есть, посмотрел на пол, увидел ноль на табло и понял, что мы будем в дороге весь день, а вечером вернёмся в ресторан.

We came only for five minutes to the old house so the package would finally arrive. Inside it was cold, six elderly people were waiting, and a tired teacher without questions stood by the wall. Mom said that we had two plans: first go upstairs, then go downstairs, because the crossing opened only later and we would be on the road the whole day. I ate quickly, looked at the floor, saw zero on the display, and thought that home and the road were both teaching patience.
